about

I'm a graduate student in Philosophy at the University of California, Berkeley. I received my M.A. from Brandeis University in 2022 and my B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis in 2021. My advisors are Shamik Dasgupta and Verónica Gómez Sánchez.

My research interests primarily concern metaphysics. I'm interested in realism and anti-realism, metaphysical explanation, possible worlds, the metaphysics of intentionality and representation (esp. fiction), and the metaphysics of normativity (esp. normative nihilism). I'm also interested in various topics in philosophy of mind and philosophy of language, as well as the history of philosophy.

I'm also one of the founding editors of Propagule, an online journal of experimental fiction.
